Awesome place to live. From: Hermoso Date posted: 1/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   This is such a nice community. The ladies in the office have been so nice. I looked at other communities in the area for me and my 2 daughters and was either ignored or spoke to by people who don't speak English. It's hard to find something in the Katy school district that is attractive and affordable. THIS IS THE PLACE!
