Breton Mill Apartments

Looks OK.. not worth the price From: drgnchick Date posted: 6/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002 1 response   I've only lived here a little while.. and I've got to say.. I really don't care for the place. I could get a much nicer apartment for a much better price. We pay almost $850/month for a 2bd/2bath.. 1023 sq ft. not bad spacewise.. but.. the fixtures are old.. kitchen counters (what little counters they are!) are discolored from age and cracking! The paint job in the kitchen-ceiling and walls don't match. When we moved in there was kitchen grime on the side of theoven and on in the oven cubby. Cabinets in the bathroom leave much to be desired as well. The patio space is nice; however the wood is overpainted and rotting. There's a major battle going on with parking spaces each and every day. Pool only maintenanced once or twice a week. So much more to comment on.. but I think you get the point. Older overpriced apartment. I may not mind living here if I paid half the price.
