CHEAP FOR A REASON!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 responses   Maintenance sux, if you have an after hours emergency, like your toilet overflowing, your heat/ac going out on a super hot/cold night.. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!! THERE IS NO AFTER HOURS ANSWERING SERVICE OR ON CALL MAINTENANCE! The walls and floors are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking (or whatever). The office staff is rude, the place is run-down! They won't even power wash all the crap off the sidewalks and stairs or the algea off the builings. They lock the pool area at 10pm, so if you need your mail or to do laundry, you have to drive to the front of the property. Parking is HORRIBLE and you can expect to walk a ways to your new apts. Several cars have been broken into and stolen because one of the "security" gates is ALWAYS broken. They hook you with cheap rent, but don't forget to add that $20 water bill every month...
