New Management isn't very good.....

I have been here almost a year and a half. At first the complex was managed by Equity Residential, and now it has switched to a company called CNC Investments. In my opinion, I do not like the new management and there is always some one new working in the office now. The manager is okay, but not as friendly as the old one. The maintenance is slow when you put in a service requests, and alot of the apartments have roaches very bad.
The parking in the building where I am at is horrible. I have a 2 year old and by the time we get home, we have to park far, far away and have a long distance to walk. They have too much covered parking that is not even in use. It's crazy.
