A new lease contract was created three months ago. So far the stay in the apartment is fair. You pay your rents and that's it. Prices are fair. One thing you must be aware: If you plan to stay here and then refer a friend or family member, don't expect to get the referal reward. Apparently the workers at the office decide to find ANY possible excuse to keep that money for themselves. A complain was filed with the main office and, for a while now, results are still expected.
Other thing: they are so desperatly anxious to sell more contracts that even if you go to pay for your month's due, they will close the office and leave you standing there in the hopes that you will pay a late fee while they go show the new victims around.
So in a few words, staying in the apartment is ok. But customer service' Forget it.
I'm not saying don't come here. Prices are fair. The place doesn't look new, but the area is really nice.
Another thing: Free basic cable used to be provided. Since the analog signal is no longer used, starting may the 5th you have to pay for it.
This review is intended simply for you to know what to expect and perhaps know what to ask for or what to expect when coming here. I hope this will be helpful.

I live here as well, and had no problem getting my referal bonuses. I have referred 2 friends since I moved here back in 2007. The staff in the office is great. I use to drop a check off for rent so I didn't have to ever wait, but when I found out they took Master Card I thought that was so cool cause you don't have to wait for your rent check to post. I only had to wait one time cause I waited until the 3rd of the month, and it would have been late the next day, but they didn't seem to be putting me off...they were just doing their jobs which included helping people who came in before me first. Like I said, I have referred 2 friends who have moved in already and plan to keep spreading the good word about this place.

I lived there for there years and it wasn't bad it was actually very decent! And there is no possible way that the office could keep any sort of money for any kind of referal because that money comes from the corporate office. The only reason you probably didn't get it because your friend didn't put your name on the application; and unless you have a copy then you can dispute it! Also, they do not close the office early so you can get a late fee; if you put it in the night drop and your money order says the 3rd they dont put any late fees. I know the manager well and she is really understanding and will work with you! And free cable, who cares if you have to pay for it the general public has to pay for cable so, stop expecting so much!
