The property is now a dump and they steal! The apartment are waaaaaay over priced and the service is not good. I would definitely recommend renting somewhere else, because the turnover in the complex is so fast, that you don't know who is management and who isn't. The place is run by illegals and illegal working in the office. I will be getting my girl and family out soon! I wouldnot recommend staying here and it seems they try hiding under the Christian umbrella. Lord help! They should practice what they preach. I have also witnessed prostitution on this property, so I am assuming to be in with the owner, you have to submit to himm, which most of the illegals and Hurricane Katrina people(Loiusiana)do. I don't see how this guy is still a Landlord in Houston. I hope my boys RAT him out. More like a slum lord.

I am so disappointed in this property. unfortunately, the man you're referring to is not a landlord, he is the OWNER of this property. There are several female residents here that would file a class action lawsuit for sexual harassment, and he knows it! I think that's why we rarely see him anymore. I too fell for the "Christian" charade. He should be ashamed of himself!

What he is is ----ed, because it's sbout to go down. He can run and hide, but his outlook is the same. I am sorry, but wooing over him, was'nt my thing. I just got it like that and I don't chase me. I prefer the chase......good luck to those losers, who feel for him. Dude, can't afford me. What I hear is that he is getting for free from several others. He is importing it in now. Cheaper! Good. Quality cost! Peace!
