Poor Management is Leading to Rapid Deterioration From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Update: Jan 2005: The complex was purchased by new owners in 2004. No staff retained. Constant change of manangers and leasing personnel. Slow (or no) response to routine maintenance issues. Lack of ordinary maintenance supplies. Disruption of essential services occurs, i.e. garbage collection. Complex is deteriorating. There appears to be no interest in retaining tennants. It used to be great, now running downhill fast.
