I viewed these apartments today and the staff was very friendly. They were offering great specials and the property is very much to my liking. Everyone has been very helpful and a great change from some of the awful experiences I've had with other apartment communites. I'd recommend it so far. Will update if anything changes!! _____________________________________________< MY UPDATE! These *$@#%@` are the WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE I'VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! They are oozing with charm and nicities when you move in - AND THEN - they flip the switch! I've had my car towed from this place EVEN WHEN I HAD A F-ING PARKING STICKER! They did nothing to help me with the towing expense ($270.00) and they never called me back after promising they would see what they could do. This management company does NOT care about the residents. Since that little fiasco, I've had problem after problem after problem. Do NOT let these people fool you. You will not get anything positive out of living here. They don't fix ANYTHING and there's SOOO MUCH CRIME and they never report it to any of the other residents! My neighbor got stabbed in an attempted car-jacking right outside of my window. The apartment management said they did not have to report it until there were a CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF CRIMES THAT HAD BEEN COMMITED ON THE PROPERTY! So, once - I dunno, 50% of us have been stabbed, they'll start warning the residents of the crimes that are being commited on the premises. It pains me to pay rent to these people. AND they're a cash-on property, which means that they don't have any investors to help them fix things. They solely operate off of the rent that is paid by the tenants. That's why nothing is ever fixed and why there was RAW SEWAGE running on the sidewalks for A WEEK when an apartment overflowed out of the toilet. Those poor people had no where to go and the apartments would not fix their plumbing. The sewage went out of their apartment and onto the sidewalks outside where my little boy USED TO walk around - NOT ANYMORE!!!!! DISGUSTING! DO NOT MOVE HERE - IT IS THE WORST POSSIBLE DECISSION YOU CAN MAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH - and they don't give back deposits! The landlord said that he figures only 20% of residents will actually take him to court for lost deposits, so he figures he'll MAKE money in the long run! This is the man who owns the property - don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!
