are you just retarded, no matter who manages the property or how much security you think you should have you live in houston and if they want it bad enough gates and codes are not going to stop them from getting it..Remember thieves do this for a living. and they see it as a nice property with good stuff to take. You can be robbed at a grocery store or the mall. They dont care.

heh, speaking of retards.. A deterrent to crime is coded gates, alarm systems, locked doors and dead bolts. It's obvious that a criminal can circumvent any of these if they really want to. An open gate is an invitation to a criminal. I pay for locked, coded gates with my rent check every month. As I stated previously, there were no criminal incidents in the two years when Archstone managed(with working gates). MBS took over and gave a rats ass if the gates worked or not for weeks on end. It is pretty easy to see the two issues connected. Get off your knees for MBS you asstastic MBS fanboi.
