Briar Meadows Apartments

Don't move in! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   It's a shame - these are beautiful apartments - but looks can be deceiving! They have had 2 major sewer problems in a matter of 3 weeks & it took days for them to take care of - & if I had not stopped by the office, I wouldn't haven't realized that I was not supposed to be using the bathrooms - but they did not send out any notices to anyone else! The sprinklers run continuously whether they are needed or not which creates flooding of the sidewalks. I have water marks in the apartment (it had flooded previously, so I've been told by other tenants who have lived here longer) & bathroom tile is falling off. If you decide to move here - really investigate the apartment and surrounding areas - you can easily get in as gates are hardly ever closed!
