You are all idiots. They just took over the property, the repairs and new staff aren't going to happen over night. The rest of you that live here obviously know the property was severely neglected for a long time and there is alot of work that needs to be done. So they took away our valet garbage service temporarily so they can make our apartments livable again, big deal. Would you rather continue to live in something that looks like the ghetto' Walk to the dumpster and quit whining.

THE ABOVE QUOTE is bull crap if ever there was any! HOW STUPID DO YOU REALLY THINK WE ARE?
This place was NOT severely run down in any sense of the term. YOU LIAR! AND, IT IS NOT OUR INVESTMENT! Our investment included, but IS NOT LIMITED to, having full use and enjoyment of our homes patio's including without risk to our property, use of the common areas such as grounds, pool, gym, park, tennis courts etc. which are elements that contribute to the charging of MONTHLY RENT! I know! Let's do a market search and see how much rent is charged for Apartment Homes that provide no storage units, NO POOL, GYM/SAUNA or COMMON park areas, NO TENNIS COURTS, AND NO PATIOS! What DO YOU THINK the rent for such a place would be? ARE YOU SO STUPID THAT YOU CANNOT SEE THAT WE PAY FOR SOMETHING AND WE SHOULD GET IT AS CONSUMERS? YOU IDIOT~~ WE ARE PAYING FOR THESE AMENITIES BUT WE ARE NOT GETTING THEM... SO I GUESS WE ARE IDIOTS IN THAT SENSE.... NONE OF US SHOULD BE PAYING A DAMN DIME! THAT WOULD BE THE SMART THING TO DO!
I am sorry that Alliance did not plan better. BUT that is NOT my fault nor my interest. MY INTEREST IS IN GETTING WHAT THE F I AM PAYING FOR! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO WITHOUT WHAT I AM PAYING FOR FOR ONE MINUTE MORE OR LESS TWO MONTHS AND TO HAVE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY TO BOOT! AND IF I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I AM PAYING FOR THEN I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!
MAYBE A JUDGE SHOULD DECIDE!
