Because you were not approved for whatever reason, you should not blame the management or community. I have only lived here for one year but the property is quiet, and the maintenance and office staff are super friendly. The apts. are in a neighborhood and you never see people outside or walking around. I think it's safe! I will stay for a long time!

This is not an accurate description of this complex. It is noisy, the office staff is rude (but the maintenance staff is VERY nice - but you have to talk to them directly about maintenance requests, the office will NOT pass them on to the maintenance staff)

Denial is not just a river in Egypt, brandyb. This complex has gone downhill faster than one can imagine and it will only get worse with the current management and the influx of Katrina evacuees. How many times have YOU driven up to see that late model Cadillac parked in the firelane next to the front gate only to see the person leaning in the passenger window jump the fence and run into the complex? Those aren't Girlscout cookies they're selling.
