This complex was great until new management took over towards the end of 2005-that's when everything went downhill. They started this massive remodeling project which was a good idea until the workers starting remodeling apts in a few days and there ended up being more things wrong than it was before. They tore down the covered parking around the beginning of 2006 and still had not replaced it. We have had several maintenance issues in our apartment and when they send someone over, they half-way do the job. They replaced the a/c unit on our apartment and now the water from the a/c drains in our tub. They also have a copper pipe that is hanging out of the ceiling in the master bedroom that is attached to the a/c which drains the water to the tub. We've had other problems that they started working on and we had to call them back after no one came to finish the job. Right now the complex is about 50% empty. The new apartments that have been remodeled and too high to rent. Another thing, the people doing the remodeling works from dusk to dawn and even on the weekends, so its very hard to rest if you are at home during the day. We would have moved months ago but we were waiting on my son to be born. Needless to say, we are now looking for another place to live.
