Well... where should I start' I just moved out to a better apartment. Ive lived there for 3 years. It was way more better when AIMCO was the managment.

So. Roaches... Have you seen ------- roaches in pet store' Now you have them everywhere.
AC problem... How can you live in a apartment when it 95F inside with AC working 24/7' They dont do anything to fix it.
Then lights... Can you imagine coming home at 2 am and there are no outside lights. Nor on the stairs when you go to your place nor in front of the door nor on the parking.....
My car got vandalised.
Gun shots very often. There is no security at all. Dont keep your grill outside it will get stolen.
Hmm what else.... Gates never worked...
New managment sucks. They dont care about your needs.
When i was moving out my step just fall.... so it was a problem to get to second floor... and get my couches down the stairs... Washers were broken all the time but now they use cards (not coins) still one or two are out of order.
So if you dont care about your safety, about your spouse or kids, or your car and belongings MOVE IN. Everyone else DONT move in.
