I'm sorry and I know that this property has provided some shelter for families that are doing everything to survive, but I would not recommend this property to anyone that I know or care about. Noise levels, dirt for what should be grassy areas, roaches, shady characters that appear non-trustworthy, broken cabinets, patch work on sinks and other areas, and just plain shabby compared to what you would expect for just a few dollars more. Not to mention the location is in one of the most heavily traversed areas in the Nation!!!
Sorry but this was certainly temporary and I am blessed to not be there anymore...
