Where to start... My fiancee truck was broken into and stolen. There have been three murders within 50 yards of my front door. Drug deals are openly going on in the parking lots. The parking lots flood with the smallest amount of rain. There is only one person that works in the office that know what is going on. I hope nothing needs repairing becuase if it does then you have to give at least three written notcies befor they fix just one thing then you have to write three more to get one more thing fixed. The place is over run with roaches, no matter how many times you have them send a pest control person to come spray (yeah, you have to request it in a written notice), and i keep my place as clean as possible to cut down on the roaches but I doesn't help. They crawl in the dishwasher after it has stopped running water... well they crawl into to anything but that is just one example of many. I don't know who the person is that writes all the time on here saying they would move there again but from everyone I've talked to and everything else I've read people are just as disgusted with this place as I am. The bristol's gets bitter when you turn in your 30 day notice and I've heard there is now way you can possibly get your deposit back unless you have someone from the office check everything and signs something stating that the apartment is ok. The grounds are constantly dirty from residents throwing garbage everywhere. The utlity bills are rediculously high, and just last weekend my eletricity went out because another resident hotwired there eletricty onto mine and unplugged mine and hooked theirs up to it. Everything is broken into there (ie: cable boxes, electric meters, mail boxes) Unless you want to live in the slums of houston, don not move here.

yes i am a resident for almost 2 years,please do not even think about living here,they stress you out when ,u have to constantly tell them to fix somesthing and they dont.i have experance alot of electrical problems causing my electronics to burn out or so.this is only one of a few issues,they claim that they were not able to get in apt due to being locked,i explainned on one incident that i was very tired of having to be calling in and telling them to do there job ,when explainned to management of my fustraion in having to call all the time to get my issues resolved ,she told me ok will your lease will expire soon,you can move out,i asked so does this mean you will not renew my lease she said no she was going to put a request not to ,and that i was not happy with them any ways.she told me if i didnt like it i could call the president of the united states and tell him she did not care....and hung up the phone u could tell she smashed that phone.....
