I'm not here to trash talk the office, because for the most part, they have always been so extremly nice to me. The actual apartments however, NO. Always having A/C problems, cops are called out frequently, and not just one cop car SEVERAL at a time. My neighbor had gun shot holes in his door(several), to sum it all up, safety is a major issue here. I dont know if it's the location thats jus bad, or the people they allow to move in here. The apartment grounds are a mess, trash everywhere. At nights im having to watch my back fearing that at any given time someone is gonna run up on me with a gun or whatever. SCARED SCARED SCARED they are fairly priced which is why i chose to live here, but at the end of my lease i will not be renewing.

This person must actually be a part of the staff, becasue the staff is lazy and rude. police are over there constently. I once got trapped in my apartment for hours because there were 6 police cars and two firetrucks and one ambulance called to the scene for disturbing the peace call.Firetrucks are over there constently with all the fires that happen that wake you out of your sleep at least once a month. Yes that had to be someone definitely working for the apratments, if you ask me.

The new staff is great. There are 3 Bristols in Houston and only one in this area. I have been here 2 years and never has there been a fire. You must be confused. The New Staff is terrific and the maintenance is puntual. The previous staff is the ones who messed things up.
