I signed a 6 month lease at the Bristol because when I went into the office and was shown the apartment it looked great. Boy, was I ever wrong. As soon as I moved in I was without hot water from before Halloween to the middle of December, and then when it was fixed it doesn't really get hot. The parking is a joke. Our heater and AC had issues when I first moved in - and when you ask to speak to someone who can help you - they don't ever call you back. I will be so glad when my next two months are up. The cops are out there all the time, and people don't keep their pets on leashes. ALSO, THEY TELL YOU IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME THEY CREDIT YOU 25.00 - NOT TRUE.
