I have been living here for almost a year and nothing has improved. I have lived in two apartments in this complex and niether of them have been better than each other.
The first apartment had fleas, a super loud air conditioner that wasnt even cold and the refridgerator didnt work AT ALL for a whole week when we moved in. Also I had to park on the street because there are about the apartment to parking space ratio is about 12:1.
They put in new carpet, but it wasnt worth it because all it was shed and stick to everything like dog hair.
A few months later we moved into another aparment hoping for something better..Still a rickety air conditioner, broken drawers that they repeatedly prop up (that break again), only 2 eyes on the stove work, and we have some of the noisiest neighbors!
Also security gate is often open and broken, wayward people just come off the street! One night someone knocked on my door asking for money and demanded that I open it...at 1 AM in the morning. The managers said this was not an emergency! They also said not having hot water is not an emergency!
The list can go on and on! All I have to say is, even if you just need a place to sleep at night---I wouldnt consider this and the option after my last option!
