The Broadmoor is a great place to live. I have not had any problems outside of basic human error. Nothing is perfect. The other reviews are quite strange, its as if they are talking about another complex. The only thing that I would say is not too good is the fact that PEOPLE had vandalized the fitness center and stolen stuff out of it. I think that should be replaced and better security put in place. maybe bolting down the equipment. But, its not to replace a huge fitness center---anyway so that shouldn't be a major issue. The lighting needs improvement. Leaks could be improved.
