I went by the office a few days ago and saw this phrase "The Best in the Southwest" and that best fit The Broadmoor I am a new resident about 5mths now and all I can say is The Broadmoor really trys to set it self apart from the area and it shows. The property it self will be "GREAT" if it was in another area or if the other properties would step up their game. Management is resposive and cares. Not everyone will be able to have the same experience but some people are just to negative to start and that may be some of their reasoning for the bad reviews. If life hands you lemons make lemonade is my moto. Peace........

Hrmm, so, because they may be negative people who made bad posts excuses you ( the apartment management ) for having a crappy complex?

Yes I hbelieve it is the apartment management that give good reviews lol. They get paid for it. It for the money only!

I beleive no apartment complex is perfect. Majority of the reviews on this website are negative. Most say they are "ghetto" and why don't they do back ground checks. Just because a person sells drugs does not mean they have a criminal record. I know individuals with degrees and have a well kept drug operation. So okay there are break ins and robberies, name anywhere that doesn't have them. WAKE UP people and watch the news. It's not a fairy tale, it's a sign of the times.
