IT'S OK FOR THE LOCATION

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I would never live in any other place in the area but The Broadmoor. If parents will watch their kids and people learn how to be adults and clean up after themselves. (but you will find that anywhere). I will say this if the manager ever left I would move ASAP.
