When I first moved into Broadmoor, it was nice and quiet..however a lot of things began to break a few weeks after moving in...the faucet in the kitchen leaked for almost about 2 months until we kept complaining, then the AC went out..by then they had got another set of people to clean and repair things...so that was a good thing...Overall it's an ok place just the management is kind of sloppy about doing things...

I think this is true they do fix anything you have to be asking and asking to get something done.
