I had no problems with this apartment at all. It was a nice place that I could defitinely call home. The problems people had with roaches is crap because if you keep your place clean and the people around you do the same, then you should barely see roaches. The only thing I believe they should fix is their laundry machines and the aspect of the laundry room. The apartments are clean so should do the laundry room with the machines operating well!
