Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Management is weak in resolving issues and screening applicants. I thought that by paying more rent I would have a different calliber of neighbor. Boy was I wrong! All I have is a whole new set of problems and the extras are non-existent. It's not worth the money to live like this!
