I lived here for 2 yrs and wish I didn't have to move! Broadstone is the best! Staff has always been very friendly & helpful. Walking your pet late at night is not an issue (safety is important to me) & the "gated park" next door (part of the complex) is just perfect for it. Apartments are really great (black appliances are a definite "plus" in my book! & very "functional" too (computer desk). In other words: worth every penny... I actually think it's pretty cheap for what you get! 2 min. away from BW8 (very convenient when you need to drive all over town). Roaches' Hello!'! this is Texas'!' you can't avoid them no matter where you live!!! Parking space: true... you can't always park next door... but I'm a healthcare professional & walking a few extra feet never killed anyone! Overall, Broadstone has been a 10 out of 10 for me!
