The apartment complex in general is nice, but its the people that live here that make it the way it is..
During out stay at the apartment complex was good overall. The only poblems every now and then are the BOGUS CHARGES SO BEWARE!!!!!

EXAMPLE: LOSE A KEY PAY GUESS WHAT YOU PAY 25 DOLLARS FOR A KEY THAT COST NOT EVEN A DOLLAR... WHY SUCH A HIKE IN PRICE FOR A CHEAP PIECE OF METAL''''

Now if your going to sign a lease you best ask a billion questions for all the rules and the hidden house rules!!!!!

I personnally was charged 220 dollars on move out for BOGUS CHARGES that they make up. The MANAGEMENT ask you to clean the apartment on moveout, which is normal..Charges for example 70 dollars to clean the carpet they will charge you on top add another 50 dollars for stain removal, wait did I forget something Its called Deep carpet cleaning they will charge you. (which this is kinda of funny because if you renew your lease its FREE!!!) so far we are at 130 dollars. Next they notice the shower is not clean up to there standards so guess whatBAM25 dollars..(they must have some special cleaning tool for that) Next a piece of wood came off the cabinets in the bathroom that they were supposed to fix and was reported to the apartment complex months prior but they never fixed so quess what. you quessed it 50 dollar charge for something they were suppose to fix..So now were aroung 200 dollars, and dont forget the dirty oven a charge of 25 dollars. So we are roughly around 220 dollars in charges that they want........
Any future resident beware of there sneaky ways, this may humor some of yall...The Assistant Manager ----- ask me once to take pictures of my neighbors dog that they were suspecting was getting in the water fountains so they could nail the owners for it..Come on now why screw with people..
TRASH dont leave in outside your door for a second. I was in the process of moving and set 1 bag of trash outside my door and ran to the store and once back my trash bag was gone..I thought that was nice whoever through my trash away.....But wait I unlocked my door and there is was my trash bad...THE FRIENDLY MANAGENT STAFF TAKES IT INTO THERE OWN HANDS..THEY WILL PERSONALLY UNLOCK YOUR DOOR AND RETURN YOU TRASH INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT...ALMOST DOESNT SEEM LEGAL!!!

They will be nice initially. But it just seems once you start paying them thats it they got ya..

After 2 days of arguing with the management and speaking with ---------- the Regional Manager. They gave back 75 dollars on the charges....

Makes me wonder if they were right they would of never gave the 75 dollars back...But they still insist you pay for your DEEP CAPET CLEANING ON MOVE OUT WITH STAIN REMOVAL....WHICH IS 130 BUCKS.....Feel free to call them

I could not agree more. We had a terrible experience here when it came to moving out. We cleaned our apartment from top to bottom but missed a few CRUMBS (no exaggeration) in a cabinets and some alleged dirt in our shower. For these misdeamenors we were charged around $50 for cleaning. They are going to hire someone to clean the apartment anyway but jack up the charges to get you. I have lived in MUCH nicer complexes and have never been charged these fees or treated this way. Also, you really have to watch the office staff because ---- and ----- are often on different pages and one won't know what the other one is doing; ---- can't spell either, her letters were a joke to us because they were so badly written. ---is nice but it is difficult to get maintenance to come out especially if you have a problem at night or on the weekend. The bottom line is they are really nice when you are looking, barely friendly once you become a resident and greedy and unfriendly once you decide to leave. And, just a comment from looking at the other reviews, does anyone else find it odd that the positive reviews are so highly rated while the negative ones are trashed and rated so low. It almost makes you wonder who is so intent on getting on here and attacking those who post a negative review of the complex. The whole point of this forum is to tell the truth and let people know about your experience, positive or negative. I think it's creepy that there are people who live there and get on here often to criticize and insult the negative reviewers - not really people I would want as neighbors. We are thrilled we no longer live there.
