First of all, these sites are pretty much bogus. I am an engineer that works a short distance and moved here more out of location than anything else. I also have a co-worker that lives in the complex, and although we have differing views of the quality of living here, I have to say my experience has been a good one.

First, I am a good renter. Pay my rent on time, keep my place clean and respect my neighbors. I lived in the back of the complex and never had any problems with crime, noise, etc.

I do agree they sometimes have a bug problem. For a month span in the fall I was having trouble with small cockroaches. I made regular appointments with the office to have maintenance come out and spray and the problem was fixed.

Most of the time I felt the office staff was very courteous and accommodating to some small issues. However, I do see a smugness about them, but hey, if you worked a -------- job like them and knew you werent going anywhere in life, wouldnt you be bitter as well'

All in all, your experience is what you make of it. Apartment living for most is temporary, others it more permanent. You will always have issues anywhere you go. But if you want a safe, affordable place to live in Northwest Houston, do not hesitate to check out Broadstone Westway. It has served me well.

Just to touch on the other side of the story, I was actually speaking with my co-worker today and he recanted a different point of view. Issues with the staff and with the maintenance. But all in all it wasnt a terrible experience but would have preferred not to deal with in his words "the sh*tty f*ing manager ----!"

Take all these posts with a grain of salt as you can see most are negative but post are limited. Im sure the number of satisfied tennants out numbers the unsatisfied ones.
