In general a decent place to live, but there have been more problems lately. Our upstairs neighbor just walks across his floor and it squeeks and cracks like crazy. Not so fun if you get woken up 1-2 hours early every morning.
The back gate has been broken for about a month, and there was a small apartment fire the other night. Since the fire engines blocked the main entrance, you couldn't get out due to the broken gate.
The worst has been vandelisim in the parking lot - keying of cars. :( I just hope this was a one-time incident.
