Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This used to be a great place to live. They aren't keeping up with things. The fitness room is in need of equipment that works, the gates are often broken and if I don't get in before 7 or 8 pm I have to park far from my apartment.
Neighbors are very quiet and to themselves until it comes to their stereos.
I suspect the new managing company (which I found out about 2 months after the takeover) has something to do with all of this.
