I just wanted to thank the office staff for doing everything they can to accomodate their residents. My apartment is gorgeous! I've been here about 6 months and have had minimal maintenance issues, but any thing I needed fixed was done so in a timely manner and fixed properly. The office staff has gone above and beyond by delivering packages to my apartment because I could not make it and they have done other things for me that I could not take care of because I was at work. I was very disappointed to read some of the other comments other people left about the property and the staff, but there will always be an unhappy person and Houston is a busy city. Crime can happen anywhere and this is a community that makes me feel safe. Thanks again Piney Point!!
