These apartments make you pay for the location... everything else is discusting. My main complaint... You must do a walk through with the manager when you move out. They destroyed the apartment and then tok pictures, blamed it on us, and slapped a huge fee on us!! HORRIBLE STAFF!!! I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!! Do not move here. Oh and NOOOOOOOOOO parking anywhere! I had somepone trying to get in twice while I was home. My neighbors car was stolen and constant break-ins. The only good thing is the maintanence people are wonderfully nice and helpful.

One more thing! We are infested with bats!!!

Every resident is given the option upfront to schedule a walk through with the office staff when you move out. Pictures are taken of all damages and everything is documented. Why would the staff trash the apartment and give themselves more work? If you feel like you have been wrongfully charged, please feel free to contact the Houston Apartment Association at 281-933-2224. In addition, when you tour the community you see it is not large. Obviously the parking lot isn't either. The is adequate parking for the residents, but of course only so many cars can fit in front of one building. As for car break ins, did you ask your neigbor what was taken from their vehicle? When I heard about break ins in the area, I contacted the police department. I was told that any break ins that happened in this area, the person left IPods, laptops, purses all in plain view. I think any one would agree that is not a smart thing to do anywhere in Houston. There is also no infestation of bats. If you leave your door or chimney open it is possible that birds, bugs, or yes even bats can get in them. Any other invalid complaints?
