I would like to consider myself a long term resident at about 5 years now. I can proudly say I love where I live. When the current management company took over a few years ago I was worried but it worked out well. Now there has been another change in the office, the same people that were there before got promoted. That change has worked even better. The property is well kept and the staff is caring and very friendly. I have met quite a few of my neighbors and they are very nice. I have also met quite a few people that have been here as long or longer than I have. I really enjoy it and for those of you "good neighbors" that are reading this and looking for an apartment, please come here!!

I visited your property recently and was reading the reviews, while I have no comment right now regarding your property I find this response insulting. People write reviews to share their experiences regarding the property...Granted if a person is upset they have a lot more to say than if they are please. I have posted numerous comments and reviews on this site, several of which were extremely negative, and I have never had a late payment or been evicted from any property I lived on.

Shaking my head at this response...they sound like a bunch of whiners coming on to defend themselves from renters. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I'm sure that persons who haven't paid rent aren't truly satisfied or they would be sure to pay! There may be other reasons why these people choose not to pay rent, and it's not always just to be bad renters. People care about being in good standing with properties that care about them, so maybe both parties fell under the opposite categories.

The Broadstone management really ran Piney Point down. Be as defensive as you want, but the statement that these comments are posted by people who have been evicted is absolutely not true.
