I have lived in various places within Houston and the United States. I moved into the Broadstone in February and I was truly surprised by the friendliness of the neighbors who welcomed me with open arms.

We have wonderful and supportive staff, they can be tough when necessary but always fair. James is a wonderful manager with a lot of energy and charisma, Erica is a jewel, sweet and forthright and Sara is the calm cool and collected one with a dazzling smile and a awesome disposition.

We are a great community with warm neighbors you can sit with by the pool and engage in great conversations from thought provoking, humorous or just shooting the bull. We have a wonderful sceneric area, which can be found by taking a short stroll through the Piney Point neighborhood and The Buffalo Bayou. We are close by stores, restaurants, clubs and other areas of interest.

Everyone can find something to complain about with any complex and you can read some here, some truthful others just disgruntled from a bad situation, but why let that spoil the beautiful experience that is Broadstone at Piney Point.

From my experience its the people, the sense of goodness that is our village that makes this a wonderful place to live
