My wife and I lived here last year (2007) so I'm a little late on my review but I'm bored and think this should still be helpful to someone. The office staff was always very nice. We only needed one thing fixed while we were there and it was taken care of promptly. We had an issue with our rent payment one month that took a couple weeks to resolve and we weren't charged any late fees or harassed while the situation was being sorted out. We really liked the layout of our apartment and never had any problems with any of the other residents. We did have our car broken into but it could have been avoided by removing the face plate from our CD player. The only thing I would warn about is that we could hear our upstairs neighbor who was a big guy (we couldn't hear his wife) walking around and it sounded like he was stomping a lot of the time. So I think the 3rd floor is the place to be. All in all we really enjoyed our time at the Broadstone at Piney Point and would recommend it to friends. I just read what I wrote to my wife and she wanted to add that parking was a little difficult if she had friends come over in the evening and she didn't like that the side gate didn't lock. There were a lot of things that she did like. She thought the pool was beautiful. She enjoyed the different birds from Vargo's that would come and visit. She thought the maintenance people were really nice.
