I have been a resident for 8 months. I signed a 6 month lease, then resigned for 9 months. My rent did not go up when I resigned, only $2 extra for pest control. I like it better the past few months since management has changed. I saw the previous manager treat, Miquel, the maitenence man, like a dog. He is great though and I think he is being treated better now, he has immediately responded to all maitenence issues I have had and has done a swell job.
I did butt heads with one of the girls in the office, but Erika is great and I always email or call her if I have a problem.
Those people who have had their cars broken into, most likely have something in plain view that is tempting to steal. So far, I feel like it is pretty safe as long as you use common sense.
Parking is ok, I can always find a spot, although the spots are a little small; I think there are enough guest spots for the size of the complex.
I do think how one of the dumpsters is set up towards Westheimer are a cause of concern to let intruders easily enter the complex though.
I hate the cable company they use, TVMax, it is such a rip off! I really wish AT&T Uverse was availabe because I can't get satellite due to the trees behind my apartment, but that is a menial problem.
Overall, they are nice apartments for a fair price considering the area.
