want to live in the ghetto'

If you like to have your service requests ignored, pay way too much for a small apartment while new residents move in paying way less, this is the place to be. I have lived here for about 4 years. I have watched this place go from decent to terrible. There is a serious management problem- always changing, never the same people when you go in there. Rent increases every renewal and water bill is always at least 20$. Pools are rarely cleaned and people hang out there all night long, with their screaming little kids. The maintenance man Ralph is the sorriest sack of crap. He never can fix something one time, it takes several tries and many weeks. The sad part is that he is the head maintenance guy. I see the weirdest people moving in here, the neighbor I had was arrested and faked a heart attack in front of my door. The management now allows big dogs- even great danes at 100 lbs. to live in a one bedroom apt. The animal feces litter the whole complex. To top it off, racoons take over even before the sun goes down, tearing up trash, and fighting with the many stray cats. I cant wait to move!!! please take my comments seriously, this place has no where left to go but down....FAST.
