If you like smelling dog poop all the time then move here. This place is covered in it. The management will do nothing about the terrible stench and disgusting piles that are everywhere. I have never seen the pools being cleaned, i wouldnt swim in them, I might as well go swim in one of Houstons many bayous. The office staff is seriously lacking in any care for the residents. No one knows who the manager is because it always changes. Our gate always breaks and now it is actually laying on the ground broken and bent, blocking the side exit. The lighting is poor, the bulbs are never replaced. You can tell that neither management nor maintanence live on property. Also we no longer have a courtesy officer living on property, so if you have a disturbance at night you must call the police department. Expect your air conditioner to break several times a year, and have management say "we cant fix it at night, or in the rain" so you have to suffer. Do yourself a favor, dont move here you will be mighty disappointed. Oh yeah TV Maxx is the cable provider here, and they pretty much suck. Don't be fooled.
