For some reason when I moved in I thought that paying this much for a small one bedroom was a great deal..., I'm not quite sure what I was thinking. And I am sure that when my apt. comes up for renewal its going to get higher. The exit gate is chained up and every other day someone takes it down. I have been here for almost a year and my guests have never been able to access the gate by calling my apt..its horrible, please don't move her unless you are desperate.
