I moved here two years ago. There is no security. The security gates hardly work. The complex is poorly ran. I have had numerous problems with my air conditioner. It went out twice this summer and I had to pay for a hotel because the complex wouldn't come fix it after dark. My neigbor fixed it for me one time. I have asked to have my door lock fixed by maitenance. That has been over a year ago and it still isn't fixed.

Hey it gets so hot here in Houston ACs break all the time. Try having a house, then you have to pay for everything.
