Ive been at Broookfield since 2005. Given the age of the complex, I havent had much of anything to complain about. I had a small issue when I first moved in with my thermostat on my a/c. I put the work order in with the manager, and left out of town that weekend. When I returned two days later, it was fixed. I have had no problems with the management. They have always been helpfull with any questions I might have. As far as the other residents goes. I disagree with the other users on here, the management cannot control the residents completely. Some of the other tennants definately leave something to be desired, but no apartment complex is perfect. I would definately have to say that overall I have been happy at brookfield.
