The management is not very helpful...this is the new management I am talking about. They quote you one price for your rent, then another the next day and yet another the day after that and it always goes up not down. We were quoted $840 and by the next week it was at $940 with "no chance it could come down. This is the best we can do."
They also are really good on not showing you what your going to buy before you get it. Look around at the tons of other apt complexes in the area before you go to this one.

Well, that's why it is called a special. They obviously did not have a lot of them so they probably did not have it. I live in the townhouse, thats the one that is $940. I'm glad you didn't get it for $840. I pay $900 (a special, I guess). It's HUGE! Stop being cheap!

I aggree. She flat out refused to give me a walk through the apartment before I leased it. It was as if I wasn't important enough for them.
