Expect to pay about 25 more dollars than your rent. In the last year we started receiving invoices for our rent. Gas was tacked on and garbage. The fee for the invoice is 2.85 (unbleievable), and then water. I started out at 495. for a 1 bedroom plus water. Now, my last months rent was 569.00.
Some parts are nice but some are like the "hood". Trashy.
In the summer the kids scream and yell untill dark and then older kids scream and yell in the pool until all hours.

You know kids are going to be kids, and they can play wherever they like, and nobody can do anything about it because it is a FREE COUNTRY!!!! If you stopped antagionising them they would stop throwing things at your window, which I highly doubt that they are. I live there and the kids are just as nice as can be, if you had kids you would understand that they are loud and the deserve to play wherever they want!! GET OVER IT!!!!!!
