I moved into this apartment complex 6 months ago and was surprised by the charges added on to the rent. For one, why does the complex have a monthly statement sent to you to pay the rent' We are getting charged $2.85 for "bill processing fees." That is crazy! Why can't we just pay the rent like other places do without the statement and the middle man. Everyone knows the rent is due on the first.

The maintenance men take forever to complete your work order. You have to wait at least two weeks before they will attempt to fix anything. Sometimes it takes longer if you don't stay on the office staff.

My neighbors that share my master bedroom wall are VERY ACTIVE! I can hear them nightly and the headboard banging at all hours of the night. It is very annoying when you are trying to sleep and have to get up for work before dawn! Pull the headboard away from the wall and enjoy! I don't want to know everytime you two are getting busy! It is just rude.

All of the appliances in the kitchen are old. I was shocked that they were still working. It is embarrassing when people come over and there is rust on the inside of your refrigerator. I think the appliances are from the 1980's. It would be nice to get newer appliances in the apartments.


Besides the few things that are annoying, I don't have a problem with living here. The people seem friendly and it isn't that expensive to live here. As they say, You get what you pay for!
