I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

I made a 300 dollar deposit on an upstairs apartment. On my move in date, they were going to give that apartment away to someone else. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and there was urine all over the bathroom. The kitchen drawers were dirty and I had to wipe it down. I had to clean the whole apartment before even setting up my own stuff. I had reported this to the apartment manager but no one did anything about it. I reported the faucet problem in our tub to them as well but again, no one did anything. They told us that when we move out, to leave things they way we moved in but I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen when I moved out. Now they are wanting me to pay for a full cleaning and pay for utilities I've used on my last month which I did already before turning in the keys. What did they do to my money' I'm expecting my full deposit back. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They switch management constantly and they don't know what they are doing. They give you a bunch of false information. I'm not going to even pay for the cleaning of the apartment because it would be like me paying for the doings of the previous resident.
