Another Metropolitan Properties of America Slum From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   MPA also owns The River Oaks in Houston. They are total slumlords. They expect to receive high rent but put nothing back into the building. This is another example of a nice building ruined by MPA from Boston! If you complain about the filth around the building, they will tell you "if you don't like it move".
