I completely agree, and I've been here for some time. The bldg is hot and dirty, has horrible air that constantly recirculates and has brown water that comes from pipes that stay constantly broken. The elevators seem to be working better now, but they are tiny and double as freight elevators, so you really would never have guests over. This is the place you live if you have had a financial setback and have no other choice. The management refuses to fix anything, and the building really should be condemned.
