Office staff very rude From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   Office staff is not just unprofessional, but very rude too. They actually yell at you. I can't understand why they don't talk in a polite tone. Why they need to get defensive and angry when you are talking to them politely. They don't even listen, and interrupt you beofre finishing. Other than that, the apt is so-so, nothing special. Just the price is on the lower side. But the staff rudeness may be too much to handle.
