I lived there for 2 years. The rent is outrageous. The staff members are extremely rude and they even made a few racist comments a couple of times. The maintenance people start knocking at your door as early as 7.00 am. Repairs are never done on time. My roommates and I had to complain about 5 times to have a broken window fixed and after all the complaining, it took them 2 weeks to fix it. The internet connection is the worst I have ever used. Their filters do not even allow you to access mail on yahoo. I had to complain atleast once a day about the internet connection. They always send notices saying that rent has not been received, even when the bank statements show otherwise. also they send wrong invoices stating amounts due............that we dont even know of. I all.........dont live there.
