Oh Heeeeellllll no! This place is not worth it!

This place is a rip off! Every year the rent increases. My room mate and I pay a total of $1368 ($684 each), and the rate has increased since then. Its around 860 square feet for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. You might as well get an apartment in downtown for that price. This place was my last option that is the only reason why I stayed there. I would not advise my worst enemy to stay here. The manager is a JERK also! My advie: RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!
